Ables & Ables Consulting LLC, is a family owned business founded by Reginald Dewayne Ables Jr., MBA and Melrita Ables, AMFT. Reginald Ables Jr. studied at California State University Chico receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Emphasis in Accounting. Then going on to Grand Canyon University to receive a MBA in Finance. Reginald has spent over 15 years working in the retail pharmacy industry for a Fortune 500 company.
Melrita Ables studied at Mt. San Antonio College earning her AA before transferring to California State University Dominguez Hills to earn her BA in Psychology. She continued at Dominguez Hills and completed her substance abuse counselor program along with her MBA in Psychology. Melrita now holds her AMFT license which will soon convert over to a MFT license. Melrita has spent over 15 years working in her field and related fields.
Reginald and Melrita both have completed a 24 hour Professional Visitation Training equaling to the required training by Family Code 3200.5
